Hi, just a quick intro. I am documenting this so that I can track my renovation progress. It will work as a diary to me whereby in future, I can refer and refresh my memories.
To date, I have paid for the drawing of the plans somewhere in Feb. Due to MCO, it was delayed again and again. Finally it is about to begin. I have paid for the final MPSJ fees. I'm just waiting for the letter to be released. Excited...
This picture was taken when house was about to start work. As you can see, some materials was dropped off by the contractor.
I have made payment for 10% as deposit.
